Whether you want your new product shipped to your home or business, Dive Action will make sure that your product arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are not delivered on the weekends or public holidays.
We strongly suggest that you request shipping your order to a business address. Orders are required to ship to a daytime PHYSICAL address; we do not ship to postal addresses or multiple addresses per order.
If a product is in stock and is not a special order item, we’ll aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day, provided there are no problems with authorising your payment and you placed your order before 12h00.
If a product is not in stock in our warehouse, or is a special order item, then we are unable to confirm an expected delivery time or date and this will be provided only after the transaction.

Due to the large range of available products and shipping locations, shipping fees will vary from item to item and are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Orders shipped within South Africa will be delivered by The Courier Guy (www.thecourierguy.co.za)
A tracking number will be issued and emailed as soon as your order has been processed and dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order status email from Dive Action once your order has been shipped which includes details of the shipping service provider and tracking number. Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation and order status email to track the progress of your shipment. While not common, shipping problems can occur. Dive Action will not be held liable for any loss occasioned by any delay in the delivery of any order, however if you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us on +27 (0)21 511 0800 or via email email@example.com
If no one is available at your requested delivery address when we deliver the products you ordered, our courier will retain the products and we will tell you about the attempted delivery. If the courier returns the products to us, you must pay for any further delivery.
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us on +27(0)21 511 0800.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Customer Service Representative from Dive Action will process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.
